1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using InvoicesCrafts (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Use of the Website and Service
InvoicesCrafts helps users create, preview, save, and export invoice drafts and other business documents. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:
- In any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
- To transmit, or procure the sending of, any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material.
- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate InvoicesCrafts, an InvoicesCrafts employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
- To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service, or which may harm InvoicesCrafts or its users.
You are solely responsible for checking invoice details, taxes, payment terms, and legal compliance before sending any document generated through the Service.
3. Accounts and Drafts
You can create documents without registering an account. Device drafts are stored in your browser's local storage; when you sign in, supported drafts and saved workspace documents can sync to our server for cross-device access.
When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are inactive for an extended period, or are used in a manner that we deem harmful to the Service or other users.
4. Templates and Calculations
Templates, tax presets, totals, exchange rates, and compliance notes are provided as productivity tools only. They are not legal, tax, accounting, financial, or professional advice. Tax rules and rates change frequently; you are responsible for verifying that any figures produced by the Service are correct and compliant with the applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction before sending any document.
InvoicesCrafts makes no warranty that templates are suitable for your specific business type, industry, or jurisdiction.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of the invoice data, logos, client details, line items, notes, and other content you enter into the Service (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant InvoicesCrafts a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store and process that content solely to the extent necessary to provide the Service to you.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to any User Content you submit, and that such content does not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party.
You should only upload or enter information that you have the right and permission to use. Do not include sensitive personal data of third parties beyond what is necessary to create a compliant invoice.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of InvoicesCrafts and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of InvoicesCrafts.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service or its software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software, unless applicable laws prohibit these restrictions.
7. Third-Party Services and Links
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by InvoicesCrafts. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of any third-party website you visit.
8. Service Changes
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We may add, remove, or update templates, draft features, exports, and account tools as the product develops. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.
InvoicesCrafts does not warrant that: (a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; (b) any errors or defects will be corrected; (c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or (d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, InvoicesCrafts and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
- Any content obtained from the Service.
- Incorrect invoice data, tax treatment, missed payments, or use of exported documents, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 14 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
13. Contact Us
